I was on Felix Cartal’s website and read a post he wrote on the Seven Rules he has made for his life and thought they were simple, meaningful, and applicable to my life so I felt like sharing them.
1. Read more. Write more. Listen more.
2. Make lists. Daily. Accomplishing a list of goals each day no matter how meaningless these tasks may seem is much more redeeming than realizing that for the last 20 hours you’ve done absolutely nothing. (See, I feel better writing this list already.)
3. Talk to people who are interesting. Make people more interesting by asking questions that are interesting. If everyone seems uninteresting to you, it may mean, that you are the one who is uninteresting. If you are feeling this way, refer to rule #1 in order to become more interesting.
4. Talk to strangers. Cashiers/waitresses at restaurants totally count.
5. Exercise. No better way to relieve stress than feeling fit.
6. Drink more water.
7. Take chances musically, but don’t be afraid of ‘what feels right,’ as well. Stepping inside the box isn’t a bad thing. Don’t fight things that come naturally. Great songs don’t always need to endure a torturous process to exist.
Klever is back with a half hiphop/half electro with a lot of yelling from some drunk MC. What I like about this mix is the fact that you get to hear a lot of Klever’s upcoming production which surprising had a lot of vocals and made me really excited about his up coming album release.
